We have been fighting for fairness since 2016 in family and juvenile dependency (aka CPS) courts in California. Your generous donation will:
- Help fund our advertising and signature gathering costs
- Help mobilize Californians for the intense ground work that is needed to get jury trial rights for parents on the ballot
- Help us reach our goal that California parents are awarded the same right to a jury trial that Texas parents receive to keep legal rights of their own children
